Protest In India Against Mahinda's Visit

There was a protest outside the Sri Lankan Deputy High Commission in Chennai today, against the visit of Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa to India. The protesters staged a black flag demonstration outside the Deputy High Commission office. Members of MDMK and CPI were present in the protest.

Sri Lankan president Mahinda Rajapaksa went to India today for a four day visit. Rajapaksa will meet his Indian counterpart Pratibha Patil and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh during the visit.
