He added that several policemen and labourers have been recruited for the
purpose and the police are expected to finish the task within the next few days.
The Elections Commissioner has allocated Rs.22 million for this purpose.
Meanwhile DIG Navaratne said that 22 election related incidents have been
recorded at the Police Elections Desk and investigations have been launched into
the complaints.
