“Please reveal the names of the Parliamentarians who have taken away large
quantities of medicine from the centre when people in the country are suffering
without medicine. This report has tarnished the image of the MPs and by
presenting the list of the MPs it would be possible to safeguard the privileges
of the MPs. I would ask the Health Minister not only to give the names of those
who took the medicine but also the quantities as well as the types of medicines
they have taken away,” said Mr. Jayasekera.
