Fomer Navy chief sends letter of demand to Gen. Fonseka

In the letter of demand, the former Navy Chief said the remark by Gen. Fonseka
is per se defamatory of him, malicious and has tarnished his good name,
reputation and public image, thereby causing him irreparable loss and damage.
The demanded sum of Rs. 500 million should be paid within 14 days and in the
event of failing and/or neglecting to pay and settle the said sum legal action
will be instituted against Gen. Fonseka to recover the said sum, it added.
